“The Plan to Win invests resources in ten priority states: Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Minnesota, Nevada, Michigan, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.“ Source: Montejano. The Way to Lead Pac has raised nearly two million dollars, and spent over a million.

Appears to only have donated 79,050 dollars to nonfederal candidates and a sum of 5,000 dollars to Ramiez and 2,000 dollars to Cory Booker under federal candidates. (FCC Records)

That leaves over a million dollars unaccounted for.

According to summary disbursement pages from October FEC reportings, they spent twice as much on operating costs as they did donating to anyone for the entire 2020 year.

The Way to Lead PAC claims to have given 400,000 to political candidates and fellow PACs.

Eliot Estrin of Topanga, California received a lump sum of 7,000 dollars while Benjamin Griesenger received a lump sump of 10,000 dollars within the same week as Rebecca Liebman receiving a massive 270,000 dollars in October 2020. Andrea Soros was given 300,000 off the fund.

Google received installments 500 dollars per ad buy to the PAC, while ASP Media received multiple installments of a deposit of 125,000 with subsequent 25,000 for ad buys.

Other companies to receive money from the PAC, like Money Wheel LLC, Newco Public Affairs Strategies, and Frameshift LLC offered “consulting”.

People's Action Power, New South Super PAC, and WFP IE Committee all received lump sums of 100,000 from the PAC within 24 hours of eachother around October 7, 2020.

Win Justice received a smaller amount of 75,000.

Montoya Dacey, listed as the treasurer of the Pac, also works for Moneywheel LLC.

Montoya Dacey is also the treasurer for the Arizonans for Fair Lending (Our Voice Our Vote Arizona), which has also paid Moneywheel LLC for consulting purposes multiple times in installments of over 25,000 charging multiple 3,000 installments on the same day to the private consulting firm.

Looking into Montoya Dacey, she is also the treasurer and custodian of records of the Arizona Colorado Victory Fund started on Dec 1, 2020.
